Quality controls

Lesson outcomes, terminology, worked examples, practice and mock questions must map to the same current specification objectives.
Each mock uses plausible distractors, balanced correct-answer positions and more than one difficulty level; it must not reveal the answer through length, wording or catch-all options.
Every option receives a distinct rationale, while the main explanation teaches the method and misconception rather than merely naming the correct choice.
